Scanner limits

Ticket-photo text recognition can be incomplete or wrong. You must review every extracted field against the paper ticket and official case record before relying on it.

TiQetSlash text-message program

The TiQetSlash SMS/MMS program lets an opted-in user send ticket details or a ticket image and receive confirmation, secure review links, and educational New Jersey traffic-ticket information. The initial program does not send marketing messages.

During the invite-only pilot, a user starts the opt-in process by texting START to (234) 407-5463 after reviewing the program disclosure. TiQetSlash then asks the user to reply YES. The user may send ticket details or a ticket image only after replying YES. The ticket request is not processed and additional ticket-information messages are not sent until that confirmation. Message frequency varies with the request and is limited to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also text HELP to (234) 407-5463 for program information. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive ticket-service messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Consent to the ticket-information conversation does not authorize marketing or disclosure to lawyers. Any future lawyer-sharing feature requires a separate affirmative authorization. See the privacy notice for information about collection, service providers, retention, and mobile-data sharing.

Lawyer directory limits
